We conduct a brand anthropology session and fact-finding mission similar to how we do so with strategic plan development, although slightly abbreviated for time and budget purposes. Following our discovery, we work with you to build a one or two day, customized training intensive that shows you where you are today, and where you need to go to exceed customer expectations in one or more of the four digital marketing success pathways:

These training intensives take many of the same analysis and optimization principles that we use in the full DM3 engagement, and condense them to fit into a live, on-site workshop environment. For example, a training intensive would cover:

  • Your current state on each pathway
  • Changes and additions needed to get to the next checkpoint of success in each pathway
  • The ideal state for B2B or B2C organizations (as appropriate)
  • Competitive analysis
  • Recommended changes to budget, human capital, technology
  • Prioritization map

All of this in just one day (for 1 or two pathways) or two days (for three or four pathways). It’s a fantastically efficient way to determine where you are on the customer expectation curve, and precisely what you need to do to get to the next level.
