I hadn't noticed Mr. Roth's comment when I read your post, Jay, but it's kind of ironic because my current employer (a software development co that builds CMS for hospitals) offers ExactTarget to our clients as one of our 3rd party solutions for modules we've elected not to build. I don't personally work with the ET product, but most of the reviews I've heard are favorable (excluding some weird stuff for Lotus Notes recipients).

But as I'm moving on to a new company very soon, I was excited to read your post. What a great way to turn a would-be challenge into an opportunity! Thank you.
