Why I’m Doing This

I have a lot of irons in the fire, but I’ve discovered that I have so many things that I want to teach, and so many quick tips and ideas and comments, but I don’t have a great way to share short-form content. I have the weekly Social Pros podcast, but that show is devoted to showcasing the incredible social media professionals who join us as guest. I have the Baer Facts interviews I do with Kyle Lacy from ExactTarget, but they are once a week or so. I of course have this blog, Convince & Convert, but our amazing cast of guest contributors are doing such a great job of producing top-flight content that I only write here once a week or so.
Plus, with my travel schedule, I needed a way to create short-form content on-the-fly. Thus, Jay Today!
