Great question to ask: is Trust Agent a science (very teachable) or art (quite difficult to teach)? 

I tend to fall on your side of the coin. Trust Agents must have been pretty easy for Chris to write -- it&#039;s just what he does.... how he&#039;s wired. And that is what I think makes SocMe a hard hire because so much of it is art.

However, what I do think TA will do is help make someone that wants to be successful in this space and who has those natural instincts see that if they&#039;ll apply a bit of discipline (like the book suggests) they can go from being ok in this space to brilliant and that is who the book is really going to help. 

As always, great stuff. Keep it coming.
