I tend to agree, whether the outsourcing you hire is shady or not. It's generally a lot harder for a hired gun to know your business as well as you and your employees do. Therefore the messaging that comes from the people within the company will almost always ring more true. I would prefer not to outsource, it’s your own company that you’re building. Branding is very important and if you have it outsource with shady work, your life work is ruined.
