The Details
If there’s anyone on the team that is the definition of a “can-do” mindset, Leanna is our gal. Her drive and productivity enabled her to kick-start her career and achieve so many things at a young age.
Prior to joining our team, Leanna held internships in multiple industries – ranging from startups, media & technology, food & beverage, e-commerce, and athletics. It gained her experience and an impressive list of client work with Netflix, TripAdvisor, P&G, NASCAR, and Fox Sports.
At the end of 2020, she joined our team as a Brand Intern, where she assisted and developed all brand marketing materials ranging from social media to client documents. During this time, Leanna began developing new strategies to elevate the presence of Convince & Convert online which ultimately transitioned her into a full-time team member.
Leanna currently operates as our Head of Creative & Social Media. She oversees all client & company projects, assets, and productions, to consistently uphold C&C’s brand across all mediums. As our social media manager, she revamped our social media strategy and developed a new brand image to represent Convince & Convert to its full ability. With her knowledge of the thriving digital landscape, she brings in fresh ideas to further push our company with the latest trends and strategies.
Believe it or not, Leanna is a triple threat. As our team grew and management shifted, she additionally took over as our Executive Social Pros Podcast Producer. She handles all aspects of podcast communications, delivery, promotion, and schedule. Leanna works side-by-side with our external design team where she leads the creative direction and branding of Social Pros and has shaped it into what it is now.
When Leanna’s not at work, she’s either traveling with her close friends, whipping up a new coffee concoction with her dog by her side, or coaching volleyball at her former university. Leanna loves staying active and enjoys admiring all the small things about life that makes every day worthwhile. If she could give anyone one piece of advice, she’ll tell them, “If you ever get the chance to step out of your comfort zone, do it at least once. If you don’t end up liking it, at least you had enough courage to step out anyway.”
