Sunny graduated from the University of Utah in 1998 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Communication and in 1999 with a professional certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications
Sunny loves to explore historic cities in Europe and the Caribbean and learn about history from different perspectives.
Sunny joined Convince & Convert in 2022 and brings with her over 20 years of digital marketing, customer experience, and integrated marketing communications strategy experience.
Sunny has been a customer advocate throughout her career and is always looking for ways to center the customer in marketing plans and tactical execution. She’s been a consultant since 2012 and she’s primarily known for helping service-selling companies design easy-to-love online experiences that attract, convert, and keep profitable customers.
Over the past 20 years, Sunny’s worked with a wide array of B2C, DTC, and B2B companies in many different industries, helping them gather and leverage customer insights to quantify customer value and implement strategies that support customer advocacy in their organizations.
Sunny works diligently to help companies solve their customer puzzles, and understand why customers engage, why they buy, what makes them stick around longer, and what are the specific triggers that generate sales and referrals. She’s developed a unique ability to blend customer insight and conversion optimization strategies and knows what it takes to get customers to open their wallets. In addition to customer-centric strategy work, Sunny is a conversion copywriter and is Product-Led Growth, and Customer-Led Growth (™) certified.
Being fully Gen-X Sunny grew up 100% a Sesame Street and Muppet Show kid, has an undying love of all things Muppets, and even loves the much-maligned Muppets Tonight series. She’s only spent a handful of years without a faithful canine companion (or two) and despite her best efforts, she’s a notorious orchid assassin.
